This year’s camp is designed for 4-H & FFA members interested in building their knowledge of meat evaluation. This camp focuses on evaluation principles of beef, lamb and pork and much emphasis on retail identification. Any 4-H and FFA members are welcome to attend. Instructors include Texas A&M faculty and staff, and members of the 2025 Fighting Texas Aggie Meat Judging Team, named reserve champion at Houston. Several members of the National Champion 2022 Team will be here to help too. Camp will be located at Rosenthal Meat Science Center July 24-26. Camp details will be emailed out by July 5th.
