Camp BUILD Application Process:

  1. Application Submission: Begin by completing the application form on the Camp BUILD Portal. This step is crucial for the Review Team to consider your application.
  2. Review & Acceptance: After submission, our Review Team will evaluate your application to the Accepted Stage in the Camp BUILD Portal by May 1, 2024. If accepted, you’ll receive a notification via email with instructions on how to return to the Camp BUILD portal to complete your Registration by May 7, 2024 EXTENDED to May 14, 2024
  3. Payment: Credit Card payments are accepted through the Camp BUILD Portal. Additionally, you will need to complete the medical and medication forms and request a specific roommate. 
  4. Pre-camp Meeting: Once you have completed Registration, please join us for one of the two scheduled Pre-Camp Meetings on May 15 or May 28 at 7 PM via a Zoom Meeting. During this session, Dr. Stacey Lyle will address any queries, and participants will receive their login credentials for the Camp BUILD CANVAS page and instructions to access the live stream events that occur at Camp BUILD.
  5. Camp Commencement: Arrive at Camp BUILD on June 9 by 10 AM for dorm check-in. A Lunch Presentation will follow, where the camp schedule and expectations will be discussed. Families are welcome to attend.
